Attend as many or as few classes each month as you'd like!  All of these classes are hosted over zoom.  The class calendar is subject to monthly changes.

Class Descriptions

Plan Your Week w/Coach Emily Create a calendar/meal/exercise/work plan for your week that you feel confident in following. This is essentially a study hall session to plan your week with a coach available for questions and coaching on calendar follow through. 

Sustainable Weight Health w/Coach Emily Covering a variety of topics related to weight health, common obstacles we all face and strategies we can learn to pair with those obstacles. 

Handling Heartache w/Coach Heather Grief has many stages and waves of emotions that go along with it.  You don't need to navigate those waters alone.  Coach Heather holds an intimate space for you to connect with others who carry grief, while also gently nudging you not to discount the potential that your life still holds. 

Navigating People Pleasing w/Coach Emily Where does People Pleasing show up in your relationships, your work dynamics, your own goals and progress? Learn what purpose it's serving in your life and how to fulfill that purpose without validation from others 

Compassionate Self Care w/Coach Heather Come together each week to talk about practicing compassionate self care, identify where you are needing that compassion most and why we are too hard on ourselves at times. It's possible level-up our life experiences and add depth in a way that feels loving, patient and kind.  This class teaches you how.

Made2Move w/Coach Becca 
Feel strong. Feel Empowered. Feel Energized. You are resilient, adaptable, and built for movement. Made2Move blends functional strength, mobility, balance, and low‑impact cardio to support your life—and your right to move with confidence. This class helps you feel strong, capable, and empowered in everyday life. EveryBody belongs here.

What to Expect:
• Guided functional strength exercises
• Low‑impact cardio intervals
• Balance practice
• Mobility & stretching exercises
• Modifications for all levels

Join Us:
• All fitness levels welcome
• Bring water, sturdy chair and a set of weighted objects (ex: dumbbells, cuff weights, water bottles)
